    eagle ced plank
    [cedar plank-]

    PRICE$80.00

V20xh20x 1.5 cm thk (v8 " x8¾" ) Darrell Amos has again chosen an interesting substance as the basis of his paintings this time, a 3/4 in thick smoothly finished cedar plank. The eagle is largely red acrylic, with highlights of black at eye, jaw hinge, and bottom edge of the lower half of the beak. This is a lovely piece, that has the distinctive, appealing scent of natural cedar. This is a unique piece, by virtue of its combination of the portrayal of the powerful eagle and the wood of the almost sacred red cedar tree. This work can be displayed as a wall plaque, or framed using a "shadow box" effect.
