    raven-moon-plaque
    [red cedar w]

    PRICE$110.00

v31xh14x2cm This is certainly a substantial piece. Alex Mountain has created a wall plaque portraying a raven. As is the case with most raven portrayals, Alex has placed a slice of the moon in the beak of the bird. This is in reference to the role the raven-as-trickster often plays at stealing the moon and placing it in the heavens. Red cedar, stained and thoroughly buffed to achieve its warm finish -- beautiful to see, lovely to the touch.
